Receiving calls from customers about the status of their repair can be time consuming and disrupting.

1Q1 allows managers and technicians in the shop to update the status of each job as they work on it by claming a job on their mobile device and checking off quality items for the current stage then pushing the job through to the next stage of the repair process.

As each stage of the repair process is marked completed, 1Q1 can automatically contact the customer to update them on the progress of their repair.
